PROJECT | Project Meetings | Germany from 15th to 19th October 2018

The first meeting of SmartUP took place in Emmerthal, Germany in October 2018

Coordinators of every partner school came to Hamelin to get to know each other and the Johann Comenius Schule. 

To get to know each other each school presented themself and the other ones got a glimpse of what to expect.

After that the the coordinators were busy scheduling the LTTAs and PMs: Holidays, festivities, exams and activities from six  countries had to be organized.

In the end a general structure, a timetable for the mobilities, a scaffold for those meetings and a rating on how to select students for travelling were established.
